A recent Washington Post blog column featured Lipscomb President L. Randolph Lowry.

Lowry was asked by Washington Post reporter Daniel de Vise to write a column on “Ten challenges facing college presidents in 2011-12” for his blog, College, Inc.

In his column, Lowry outlined various issues and challenges facing presidents of higher education institutions including access to completion of an education, the impact of government regulations and changing technology. Click here  to read the entire column.

Earlier this year, Lowry was interviewed on CNN about compromise and conflict management between President Barack Obama and the newly seated Congress. He was also featured in the Washington Examiner on a similar topic. In addition, he was featured in a Bloomberg Businessweek column — “Better Ways to Handle Business Conflict: Instead of litigation, dispute resolution” — by reporter Karen Klein.

Lowry will be featured in columns in upcoming editions of the Chronicle of Higher Education and University Business Magazine.
