Lipscomb University hosts workshop on how you can get your share of $42 billion

     Lipscomb University is hosting a workshop on how students may receive their share of $42 billion in student financial assistance Jan. 26 in the Swang building room 108, located at 3901 Granny White Pike, Nashville. Refreshments begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the workshop from 10 a.m - noon.
     Featured at the workshop will be Ron Gambill, executive director of the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation. 
     Each year the United States Department of Education makes $42 billion in financial assistance available to college students and their families through grants, loans and other programs. Learn how you can tap into these resources at this free workshop. The session is open to all high school students at their parents regardless of which colleges they are considering.
     Admission is free. The workshop is open to the public. Everyone is invited to attend.
