Lipscomb hosts Youthworker University Oct. 28-29

Join us for Youthworker University at Lipscomb University Oct. 28-29. You will be challenged and encouraged by keynote speaker Joe Beam, minister at the Fourth Ave. Church in Franklin, Tenn., and president of Family Dynamics Institute. Jason Pagel of the Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood will be this year's worship leader. Classes will be taught by David Skidmore, Murfreesboro, Tenn.; Jim Hinkle (Sycamore View), Memphis, Tenn.; Jon Micah Richardson (Northside), Madison, Tenn.; and Shana Curtis, Madison, Tenn.; and  Mark Phillips (Nashville.)

"Every good youth ministry program needs some fresh air occasionally. At Youthworker University we want to help freshen up your program with creative ideas in programming, great games that build excitement and unity with teenagers, retreat themes and ideas for planning your next weekend getaway, teaching ideas that help lead teens closer to God, Bible class curriculum ideas , youth ministry resources, and creative event planning," said Steve Davidson, director of spiritual outreach at Lipscomb.

The registration fee is $75 per person and $125 per married couple. Full-time college students may register for just $20 per person. Lipscomb offers a YU Bonus to congregations that bring more than five people.  After five people have been registered from a single congregation at $75 each, all additional people from that congregation are only $40 each.
