Natalie Church and her family

Natalie’s 2nd Annual Ornament Exchange benefiting the Natalie Church Memorial Fund at Lipscomb University will take place Dec. 12. This fund was established to honor the memory of Natalie and to provide support for initiatives in line with her passion for leading students closer to Jesus during their time with Lipscomb Athletics.

Natalie loved big and never met a stranger. Her faith in God was evident in all she did, and she shared her faith in word and deed. She was generous in everything she did. Never afraid to ask a question or say what needed to be said, she was a strong and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. In addition, Natalie was blessed to be a “mom” to many college athletes at Lipscomb. She welcomed them into her home, making homemade meals and providing a safe haven to come relax, study, play with her kids, play cards, and have fun. Natalie and her husband, Bryan, were, and still are, changing the lives of student athletes through their love of Jesus. Many have been baptized since her death, and her legacy continues to reach many lives throughout the community.
