This time of year is application season in the Department of Nutrition, and our seniors have just submitted their applications for dietetic internships. It’s also missions season, and students from all areas of Lipscomb Health will be traveling to provide health care where it is needed most.
When we return from Spring Break, we will host interviews for our first cohort of the combined Master’s and Dietetic Internship Program, which will begin next fall.
Our sports nutrition services continue to expand, reaching Lipscomb Academy now, and don’t miss the story about a new scholarship for the nutrition department in memory of Nancy White Davis, wife of retired Vice Provost Roger Davis and longtime friend of the program.
We are so grateful for our students, current and former, who are working to nourish bodies as well as souls both here in Nashville and around the world! You are welcome on campus any time, but we especially encourage you to come to campus in March for the events surrounding the official inauguration of President Candice McQueen. We would love to see you!
