A.L.L. celebrates 25th anniversary with Schermerhorn gala

Chris Pepple |

The Davidson/Williamson County chapter of the Associated Ladies for Lipscomb (A.L.L.) has lots of excitement ready for the evening of October 25, 2007. They have reserved Nashville’s new Schermerhorn Symphony Center to celebrate the 25th anniversary of A.L.L. This gala will begin with tours of the center and will be followed by an elegant seated dinner. Some of the entertainment for the evening will be provided by Lipscomb musicians. Surprises will be scattered throughout the evening.

SchermerhornA.L.L. members know how to plan an evening with style. But the gala will be about much more than dinner and entertainment. This October evening will be held as a service to current and future Lipscomb students. The A.L.L. members have underwritten the entire 25th Anniversary Gala with the help of generous donors, so proceeds from ticket sales will directly benefit student scholarships. All chapters of A.L.L. will pull together in the 25th Anniversary celebration. The overall goal for the silver anniversary will be to grow the scholarship endowment to $1 million.

The evening will begin at 5:45 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, tours and complimentary guest photos. The seated dinner in the Laura Turner Concert Hall will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets may be purchased for $125 each and include valet parking, a Schermerhorn guided tour, a 5x7 photograph, hors d'oeuvres, the seated dinner and entertainment for the evening (a portion of each ticket is tax-deductible). Checks may be sent to A.L.L., Attention: Jenna Hinson, Lipscomb University, One University Park Drive, Nashville, TN 37204. For further information, please call Kimberly Bean at 615.376.3098.
