Sleep, Nourishment and the Active Life as Worship with Dave Nixon

 

This retreat addresses a critical and largely avoided topic in 21st-century Western Christian circles: attention to our physical well-being as a legitimate and vital component of full-orbed worship. The retreat comprises four sessions:
 

  • Establishing a Theology of Self-Care
  • Reclaiming our Sleep and Light
  • Reclaiming our Daily Bread
  • Reclaiming an Active Life

Each session will consist of a prayerful/meditative component, a teaching, and time for interactive questions and conversation.
 

Price: 

  • In-Person: $65 per person. Includes lunch. Registration is required.
  • Virtual: $50 per person. Registration is required.
