Several hundred Lipscomb University freshmen will start their college career on move-in days, Aug. 10 and 11, and at Quest Week, beginning Aug. 11. Quest Week is a busy week with games, field trips and info sessions, se well as freshmen's first two sessions of their first-year seminar class.

Activities will include information sessions on various university resources, meetings with faculty mentors and advisors, a family dinner, student-focused social activities, seminars for transfer students, church and resource fairs, a worship service, a service day and Initium, a formal candle-lighting ceremony to initiate the new academic year.

Quest Week is designed to help new students acclimate to campus life and to find community as they meet their fellow new Bisons.
