About Fahad Tahir

Fahad Tahir serves as president and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas, a leading health system encompassing 18 hospitals and more than 300 sites of care, including medical practices, and specialty facilities across Middle Tennessee. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and as President & CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown and West, where he led system-wide service line growth, capital investments, and hospital integration efforts. He focuses on building strong physician partnerships, driving innovation, and forming strategic alliances to expand access and elevate care across the region. He serves on the board of the Tennessee Hospital Association.
