In partnership with the George Shinn College of Entertainment & the Arts, HumanDocs presents Who's the Girl? The Story of Ashley Cleveland on Wednesday, March 6 at 6:30 p.m. in Ward Hall. 

In Who's the Girl? The Story of Ashley Cleveland, the struggles of a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter serve as the matrix of an intensely honest style never at home in any musical genre.The feature documentary captures an artist's complicated journey. It presents the narrative of a singer's "coming to music, coming to the disaster of alcoholism and drug addiction, coming to the end of her own resources," Cleveland told Knox News, then "coming ... ultimately to life."

After the screening, Lipscomb artist-in-residence Rod Taylor will interview Ashley Cleveland. 

The screening is free and open to the public. Students may receive chapel credit for attending the screening.
