Ethics Weekend with Russell Moore
Friday, February 6, 2026 6:30 PM-Saturday, February 7, 2026 2:00 PM
Shinn Event Center
Join Russell Moore and Lipscomb University’s College of Bible & Ministry for an intensive exploration of Christian moral theology, examining how followers of Christ navigate faithful living in contemporary society. This two-day course provides students, church leaders, and community members with a robust framework for understanding Scripture's moral vision, the formation of conscience, and the church's witness in the contested areas of modern life.
About the Weekend
Through six comprehensive sessions, participants will engage with the foundational questions of Christian ethics: What does it mean to live under the reign of Christ? How does Scripture shape our moral imagination? What does faithful witness look like in a fragmented age? The weekend addresses critical contemporary issues including bioethics, human dignity, sexuality and family, religious liberty, and social justice—all grounded in the gospel story and oriented toward the formation of virtue and vocation.
