Come hear the final performances of our commercial student ensembles!

These shows include the following themes:

7:00pm
CREATE - in which our students focus on how to CREATE parts for an original tune. All these songs are written by the folks in the ensemble, and—in addition to supporting all the musical and performance skills of the other ensembles—this one adds the skill of learning to make up new parts for a new song.

7:45pm
CREATE - in which our students learn to CREATE parts for an original tune. The songs tonight are originals written by the members of this very ensemble! Alongside the musical and performance skills presented by our other ensembles, this group additionally requires the students to explore the skill of crafting a new song and each individual new part.

8:30pm
PLAY- in which our students get in a room and learn to PLAY together. They perform cover songs, learn how to divvy up and learn parts, collaborate on a "sound," support a singer, and start the basics of collaborative performance in a band setting.
