Through a year-long blend of in-person gatherings, online learning, coaching, and community support, participants gain encouragement, practical tools, and renewed vision for their ministry contexts.

Cohorts begin in 2026 and are offered at no cost. Participants will earn a Certificate of Leadership & Ministry from Lipscomb University and join a growing network of local leaders committed to strengthening congregational life across the region.
