Student Vehicle Registration
Help us keep our campus safe. By registering your vehicle, our security officers can more easily identify a suspicious vehicle that should not be on campus.
All university undergraduate and graduate students are required to complete annual vehicle registration within two (2) weeks of the start of the semester of enrollment. Registration completed in the fall semester will be valid through the current academic year. Registration completed in the spring semester will only be valid through the end of the spring semester. (For students who start during the spring semester, registration renewal will be required at the start of the fall semester.)
After completing the form, you must pick up your decal within 14 days of the start of the semester from the Dispatch window in the lower level of Beaman Library OR from a mobile decal station. Locations of mobile decal stations will be communicated via email.
You may register your vehicle at any time. However, for students starting in the fall semester, decals will not be issued prior to August 1. For students starting in the spring semester, decals will not be issued prior to December 1.
Once you receive a parking decal with your initial registration, you can renew your registration each year under the same decal (unless you get a new vehicle or your decal is lost or damaged). However, returning students are still required to renew their vehicle registration each year.
Existing Decal Renewal Form
Renewals for fall semester will not be valid prior to August 1. Please complete the form between August 1 and within 14 days of the start of fall semester.
Any decal issued before the 2023-24 academic year is not eligible for renewal. Please complete the form under Registration for New Students to receive a renewable parking decal.
Any student who will not park a vehicle on campus must notify the Department of Security.
No Vehicle Declaration Form
If at any point, you want to park a vehicle on Lipscomb’s campus, you must complete the applicable registration form for a new or existing decal. Any student found parking on campus that has not declared their vehicle will be subject to disciplinary action. (See “Honesty” section on page 8 in the Student Handbook.)
