When you give to the Employee Impact Campaign, you’re investing in students, and you could earn extra days to relax over the 2026 Spring Break!
If the Lipscomb University campus community reaches one of these participation goals*, all full-time faculty and staff, as well as permanent part-time staff who are regularly scheduled to work on the dates closed, will enjoy extra time off in March:
- 90% participation rate = Friday off at Spring Break (Hello, three-day weekend!)
- 95% participation rate = Thursday and Friday off at Spring Break (Yes, that's a four-day weekend!)
*Note: A minimum $10 gift to any fund of your choice qualifies you for the Spring Break incentive.
