The Lanier Center for Biblical Archaeology Lecture Series presents Dr. William Dever, world-renown archaeologist. Dever is one of the leaders in the field of Near Eastern archaeology and has written a multitude of articles and books on various subjects within the field, with a majority focusing on the ancient Israelites. Dever has worked in the archaeological field for 60 years, excavating at sites all over Israel, including Shechem and Gezer. The event is free and open to the public.
