Students and faculty are busy during the summer terms learning and serving others through a variety of academic travel study courses and mission trips.

The Lipscomb community is celebrating students who earned academic honors for spring semester.

Lipscomb funds summer research to advance spiritual discernment, the visual arts and creative writing, engineering and telehealth.

Presented by the Recording Academy and GRAMMY Museum, the award recognizes educators who have made a significant contribution and demonstrate a commitment to music education.

Eleven first generation students honored in December, and 14 students honored this May.
