A long-term internship program that works for your company.
Take your talent management strategy in a new direction with Lipscomb University’s College of Business. Lipscomb University is seeking forward-thinking employers who understand the value of providing real-world experiences to students for their successful transition into the workforce.
Our groundbreaking Directed Work Experience (DWE) program, an integral part of the Fast Track MBA, offers a unique opportunity for employers to collaborate with our talented students. By becoming an employer partner in our DWE program, you can strategically connect with motivated students who possess the practical knowledge and skills necessary to make a meaningful impact within your organization.

- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as paid employees of partner companies.
- Employed for a nine-month period, and many become full-time employees after graduation.
- Bring the skills necessary to make a positive impact on your business.
