Class of 1976

50th Reunion

The members of the Class of 1976 will celebrate their 50th Reunion with a coffee, as well as a reception, dinner and program on Friday, Nov. 6 during Bisons Weekend 2026. This special group of alumni will also be inducted into the Golden Circle, an esteemed group of alumni who graduated 50+ years ago. The Class of 1976 also will be hosted in the President’s Suite and recognized at halftime of the 4 p.m. men's basketball game against SIUE Cougars on Saturday, Nov. 7 in Allen Arena.

Cost:  Alumni who are 1976 graduates attend the evening reception and dinner at no charge; spouse and/or guest are $40. Business casual attire. Registration required!

• 9 AM | Golden Circle Breakfast | Paul Rogers Board Room, Ezell Center
  • Cost: $18 per person. Business casual attire. Registration required.
• 11 AM | Bisons Weekend Chapel | Willard Collins Alumni Auditorium
• Noon | 1976 Class Lunch at the Marni Pavilion during Bison Square Fair. Marni Pavilion is adjacent to Bison Square.
• 4 PM | Halftime Recognition at Men's Basketball Game | Allen Arena

  • Cost: Alumni receive two (2) free general admission tickets—registration is required. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 each.

Golden Circle Breakfast

If you graduated in 1976 or before, this special event is just for you! This special breakfast Saturday, Nov. 7 brings all Golden Circle members together to celebrate the 2026 inductees: the members of the Class of 1976. A specially designed commemorative gift will be available for each Golden Circle member who has not yet received one. 

Reserved parking is available in the surface lot just outside the George Shinn Center.  Don't miss this perfect opportunity to reconnect with classmates!
