Sewell Hall

Sewell is the smallest men’s dorm on campus.

Sewell is Lipscomb's smallest residence hall for men, housing approximately 136 students. There is a large lobby with televisions and ping pong, two community bathrooms on each floor, a computer lab, vending machines and laundry room.

Bathrooms are community-style and shared by everyone on the hall. They include showers, toilets, urinals and sinks. Bathrooms are cleaned by our housekeeping staff daily.

Dimensions

Bedroom windows are 73” W x 60” H.

Furnishings

Each student will have a:

  • Bed (79” L x 40” W) with adjustable height to create up to 3’ of space underneath
  • Desk (42” L x 22” W) with chair
  • Wardrobe (16.5” L x 22” W x 39” H)
  • Dresser (36” W x 30.5” H x 22” D)

Tips

  • No command strips on the walls. Small nails are allowed and are provided on move-in day. 
  • You are responsible for cleaning and removing the trash from your room.
