Every day, you shape the lives of Lipscomb students through your work, your care and your example. When you participate in the Employee Impact Campaign, you take that influence one step further—supporting scholarships, programs and resources that open doors for our students.
Whether you give $10 or choose to do more, your participation speaks volumes. It shows our students, alumni and the entire Bison community that those closest to Lipscomb believe in the mission we serve every day. Because of you, students are known, supported and encouraged as they discover and live into their God-given calling.

When employees give through the Employee Impact Campaign, we invest in students—and our collective participation could mean extra time off during the 2027 Spring Break!
If the Lipscomb University campus community reaches one of these participation goals, all full-time faculty and staff, as well as permanent part-time staff who are regularly scheduled to work on the dates closed, will enjoy extra time off in March:
- 90% participation rate = Friday off at Spring Break (Hello, three-day weekend!)
- 95% participation rate = Thursday and Friday off at Spring Break (Yes, that's a four-day weekend!)
Note: The Spring Break incentive is based on campuswide employee participation. Each gift of $10 or more to any designation counts toward the collective goal.

Associates provide steady support that helps make Lipscomb’s distinctive Christian education possible. This community includes faculty, staff, alumni, parents and friends who know the value — and lifelong power — of a Lipscomb education.
Reaching the $1,000 level may be easier than you think. Instead of a single gift, you can spread your giving across the year. Just $83.34 per month will qualify you for the Associates community — while unlocking all the benefits that come with it.
