“Lipscomb’s ABA program is truly unique in many aspects. The small class sizes are instrumental for content to be individualized to the specific needs of the students. Professors ensure each student fully grasps the material and encourage students to be creative when applying the content. The cohorts are able to work together through various projects, assignments and study groups- creating a strong community. Overall, Lipscomb’s ABA program is rigorous, well-rounded and fundamental for any student interested in the field.”
Meghan Edwards-Bowyer, ABA certificate '21
“Lipscomb's ABA program not only provided me with the skills that I needed to be a BCBA, but the tools to think critically about real issues facing students, families, and staff in our schools. As a school-based professional, this program was a great fit for me because coursework, supervision, and out-of-class activities were all extremely considerate of my classroom context. Our instructors were knowledgeable, personable, and available... and I can't think of another program that could have better equipped me for the role I have now (coaching teachers and leaders!)”
