Join us in Nashville for a collaborative exploration of artificial intelligence in higher education, presented by BoodleBox and Lipscomb University. This summit brings together our entire campus community—faculty, staff, students, and administrators—to center our conversation around shared learning, practical application and strategic implementation of AI.

This is a space for honest conversations, real examples, and community-driven ideas. Not to hear about what AI might do someday—but to share what we have already built, learn from the people doing the work, and leave with ideas we can actually use.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore AI tools or you’re ready to implement advanced strategies, this summit offers resources, insights, and connections tailored to where you are. We’re committed to building institutional readiness through collaboration, not competition—because AI adoption works best when we learn together.

Conference Tracks

1. Technology and Leadership

For technology leaders, CIOs, provosts, and decision-makers guiding AI adoption at the institutional level. Sessions should address strategy, infrastructure, policy, governance, or scaling BoodleBox across campus.

Sample topics: institutional AI policy, security and compliance, multi-department rollout, ROI, and reporting.

2. Faculty

For educators using BoodleBox in teaching, course design, research, or advising. Sessions should offer practical examples other faculty can take back to their own classrooms.

Sample topics: assignment design, classroom AI integration, research workflows, student engagement.

Note: A dedicated Student Panel will be featured within this track. Faculty proposals that include student co-presenters are especially welcome.

3. Administrative and Staff

For staff using BoodleBox outside the classroom. Sessions should highlight operational, business, or support use cases that demonstrate BoodleBox’s value beyond academic instruction.

Sample topics: workflow automation, communications, data reporting, staff onboarding, advising support.

4. Student Posters

Students are invited to submit a poster showcasing how they have used BoodleBox for coursework, research, a project, or a personal goal. Posters will be displayed during the conference with time for discussion.

About the Conference

The BoodleBox Community Conference is hosted at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. It brings together educators, administrators, IT leaders, and students from across higher education to share how they are using BoodleBox to transform teaching, learning, and institutional operations.
