At Lipscomb University, our online Business Management & Leadership program prepares you to not just keep up - but to lead. We offer three concentration pathways, so you can curate a degree toward personal interests and career goals:
Our curriculum combines essential business knowledge with practical leadership development. Foundational courses in accounting, economics, marketing, management, finance and HR equip students with core business skills. Additionally, a unique set of applied leadership courses—focused on communication, drive, influence, planning, problem solving, and relationship building—develops real-world competencies. This integrated approach prepares students to lead with confidence, insight, and integrity.

Public Administration
- If you're passionate about serving others and strengthening communities, the Public Administration concentration will prepare you to lead in government or nonprofit roles. Through a faith-based, practical approach - including a real-world capstone project - you’ll gain the skills to shape policy, drive change, and make a lasting impact.
Supply Chain Management
- Earning your concentration in Supply Chain Management prepares you to drive efficiency, solve problems, and deliver results in logistics, project management or operations. Assessment Credit: Earn up to 30 credits toward your degree through our assessment center. We offer a one-day, behavioral assessment experience that not only pinpoints your competencies but also gives you a personalized program for strengthening and adding to your competency profile.
Prior Learning: Get credit for prior learning through exams, portfolios or documented training—such as certificates, military experience or workplace education. Whether you're demonstrating knowledge by testing or providing documentation, these options can accelerate your path to a degree.
Transfer Credit: Earn up to 94 credits through transfer. We will evaluate your college transcripts and catalog to determine which course credits can be transferred.
How long are the courses?
Courses are completed over a period of 8 weeks.
Is there any on-campus or hybrid requirement?
There is no on-campus or hybrid component to this program. It is fully online with asynchronous coursework.
What can I do with this degree?

How much transfer credit can I get?
We can see which courses may earn you transfer credit. You may transfer up to 94 hours from a four-year college or 63 hours from a two-year college. Please note that the final 32 hours of your degree must be completed at Lipscomb. See our undergraduate catalog for details.
