Program Overview

Program Overview

Lead with Confidence in a Rapidly Changing World

Today’s business environment is fast-moving and constantly evolving, with the business and financial sector projected to add approximately 963,500 job openings annually up to 2033, indicating robust demand for skilled professionals.

At Lipscomb University, our online Business Management & Leadership program prepares you to not just keep up - but to lead. You’ll gain a strong foundation in core business disciplines and sharpen essential leadership competencies. Complete coursework asynchronously online for flexibility with your schedule. We offer three concentration pathways, so you can curate a degree toward personal interests and career goals:

Our curriculum combines essential business knowledge with practical leadership development. Foundational courses in accounting, economics, marketing, management, finance and HR equip students with core business skills. Additionally, a unique set of applied leadership courses—focused on communication, drive, influence, planning, problem solving, and relationship building—develops real-world competencies. This integrated approach prepares students to lead with confidence, insight, and integrity.

I especially loved the courses I took online at Lipscomb. They stretched and grew me so much. I got to apply what I was learning directly to my job, which made everything feel so purposeful. — Lauren Robblem, Production, Operations, and Store Manager of Nella Moon
