University debuts 14 new graduate programs this fall

Fall 2013 will be a record-setting semester with 14 new graduate programs ranging from global business to film enrolling students for the first time. Master’s and graduate certificate programs in six colleges are debuting this August, with study areas including education, strategic human resources, Christian practice, software engineering and pastoral care, among others.

2010 generic 8One new program – the Global Hope MBA – is targeted specifically to students in developing nations who would like to earn an MBA in the U.S. Launched as a way “to give back” to the global community, the Global Hope MBA program provides five full-tuition scholarships each year to applicants who pledge to return home and use their MBA to make a difference in their home country. The university will also debut an Education Specialist Degree, a program to create content specialists in the classroom who can teach and lead student achievement in various settings, and a Master in Film and Creative Media, the local area’s only graduate-level program in film.
