Lipscomb University’s annual Summer Celebration will started with a bang this year as the kick-off day falls on the Fourth of July. A Family Picnic, featuring games in the KidZone, live entertainment and food, officially began 2007 Summer Celebration festivities. Randy Harris, of Abilene, Texas, is the opening keynote speaker at 6:30 p.m. July 4. The keynote session will be followed by a Celebration featuring more live entertainment, food, fellowship and fireworks.The four-day lecture series will feature more than 130 inspiring and practical sessions on living as a Christian in today’s hectic, stressful and often cruel world.
