The Lipscomb University Artist Series presents the New Century Saxophone Quartet in concert Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. in Shamblin Theater, located on the Lipscomb campus, 3901 Granny White Pike, Nashville.

The New Century Saxophone Quartet is a pioneering and versatile group known for its diverse repertory of innovative contemporary works and imaginative adaptations comprising a wide range of musical styles. New Century has been heard in major concert venues and on radio and television throughout the world. The concert program features works by Bach, David Kechley, John Fitz Rogers, Bob Mintzer, Ben Johnson, Michael Torke, Richard Rogers and Russell Peck.
