Don’t miss the excitement as the WAY-FM 2007 Fall Concert Series comes to Allen Arena this Saturday, October 6th, at 7 p.m., featuring Chris Tomlin’s How Great is Our God tour. Tomlin was named the Gospel Music Association Artist and Male Vocalist of the year for the second straight year at the 2007 GMA Dove Awards held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville in April. Tomlin wrote or co-wrote three of the ten most popular songs played on Christian radio or sung in churches across the nation each week including How Great is Our God.

“In our world and culture of music that seems to be all about making a name for yourself, it's an honor to carry the message of the everlasting God and His unending fame.  I will continue to try to write songs that give people a voice to worship God,” said Tomlin.

Taking his songs to the road, Tomlin’s How Great Is Our God  tour launched Jan. 25 in Phoenix, AZ, and features Passion visionary leader and author, Louie Giglio, and sixstepsrecords/Sparrow Records’ Matt Redman. The 32-city major market tour has already logged 13 sold out venues, including the Dodge Theatre (Phoenix), Nokia Theatre (Dallas), Patriot Center (Fairfax, VA) and Continental Airlines Arena (East Rutherford, NJ).

The WAY-FM 2007 Fall Concert Series continues with Stephen Curtis Chapman in Allen Arena Friday, November 16, and Toby Mac’s Winter Wonder Slam Tour Friday, December 14.
