After you submit your request, a representative from University Marketing will follow up within one to two business weeks. Some tickets may be resolved quickly, while more involved requests may require additional collaboration. In those cases, our team will reach out to schedule a time to discuss further.
Tickets are addressed in the order they are received. While we always strive to resolve requests in a timely manner, due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot guarantee resolution by a specific deadline.
Please do not email files. Instead, share them as a Google Drive link in the field provided on the form. Be sure the sharing settings allow anyone with the link to view the file, rather than restricting access to only those at Lipscomb.
