Biography

Beth Twomey is originally from Smyrna, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Belmont University and her Master Science of Nursing in Nursing Education from Middle Tennessee State University.

Twomey's teaching responsibilities include the Health Assessment and Pediatrics courses. She is passionate about nursing education and bringing an interactive approach to the classroom setting.

Her professional interests include: patient education, pediatric care and management of the family as a whole unit, and quality of care in the intensive care units.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
