Biography

Dr. Spencer is a seasoned speech-language pathologist, educator and advocate for rural health care access. She has built and led the only two Christ-centered Communication Sciences and Disorders programs in Tennessee. She is a distinguished American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Early Career Professional and has served in various leadership roles on the executive board of the Tennessee Association of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (TAASLP), including Vice President of Communications, President-Elect, and President of the Association. As a recognized leader in the field, Dr. Spencer brings expertise and research in clinical education, rural health advocacy and program development.
