Biography

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Billie Scroggins has returned to the Nashville area to serve as School Certifying Official, helping veterans and family members get their benefits to pay for school. She brings over a decade of experience as a school certifying official as well as two years in adult advising and recruiting. She began attending Lipscomb as an early admissions student between her junior and senior year in high school before transferring to Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Art, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Bible. She completed her Master of Science degree in Counseling at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, where she worked prior to coming to Lipscomb.
