Biography

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Nevada, Reno. I later completed my Master of Health Science in Anesthesiologist Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Tampa, graduating in 2017.
Following graduation, I relocated to Melbourne Beach, Florida, where I specialized in cardiac anesthesia. In 2022, I returned to Tampa to join Nova Southeastern University as an Assistant Professor, where I have had the privilege of educating and mentoring the next generation of anesthesiologist assistants. Alongside my academic role, I have continued practicing clinically at several hospitals in the Tampa area.

Teaching and mentorship have always been passions of mine. I have been precepting anesthesiologist assistant students for the past seven years and have served as a faculty member since 2023. I enjoy helping students develop both the technical skills and clinical judgment needed to become confident, compassionate anesthesia providers.
