Beth Morrow 

Beth Morrow has served in both the community and in the classroom in Nashville, Tennessee over the last fifteen years. Currently, Morrow serves as the Assistant Dean for the George Shinn College of Entertainment & the Arts and most recently served as Director for the School of Hospitality & Entertainment Management from 2019-2023. She served as associate dean for the College of Leadership & Public Service and the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University before launching an independent consulting practice in 2016, working with local and statewide health, education, arts, social services and collective impact groups.
 

Since 2015, Morrow has served Lipscomb University as an adjunct instructor in the Fred D. Gray Institute for Law, Justice & Society, in the Institute for Conflict Management and in the College of Business at Lipscomb University. She held a full-time faculty role in Hospitality Management through 2023.
