Biography
Rosemary McPherson is the Senior Administrative Director of the Institute for Conflict Management. She attended Lipscomb Academy from first grade until twelfth grade and then received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Lipscomb University. She received her Master's of Professional Studies in 2021 and a certificate in Conflict Management in December of 2022. After college, she served as the Aquatic Director at the Green Hills YMCA for 25 years. She has served in programs found in Lipscomb's College of Leadership & Public Service since 2013. She and her husband Bryan ('85) have four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, and swimming.
