Biography

Dr. Megan Leeds brings extensive expertise and a commitment to student success to her role as Professor and Director of Curricular Innovation at Lipscomb College of Pharmacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Women & Gender Studies, from The College of New Jersey. After teaching Biology and Earth Science in an urban high school, she pursued her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at Temple University School of Pharmacy, where she also earned a certificate in Medication Safety. Following graduation, Dr. Leeds completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency, gaining experience in academia, community pharmacy, and ambulatory care. 

Dr. Leeds previously served as Director of Experiential Education and Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Regis University School of Pharmacy, where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Health Industry Leadership. A board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist, she joined Lipscomb in 2024 to lead curricular innovation and advance pharmacy education. Her professional interests include student engagement, team-based learning, online education, academic integrity, experiential learning, and student success initiatives. Dr. Leeds is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that empowers students to excel and prepares them for impactful careers in pharmacy.
