Biography

After beginning her undergraduate studies at Lipscomb in 2016, Olivia began serving as the executive intern for Lipscomb Missions in 2017 and continued to do so until completing her B.A. in Theology and Ministry. Upon graduation, she joined Lipscomb Missions as staff.  During this time, she completed an M.A. in Leadership & Public Service at Lipscomb.

In 2022, Olivia stepped into a new role as the Director of Student Affairs & Recruitment for the undergraduate College of Bible & Ministry (CBM).  As a former student of this college, it is a great joy to witness and support the flourishing of a program that was so influential in her own life. Olivia manages the recruiting, academic advising and support, program coordination, and community life for the CBM.  In 2024, she also began serving as adjunct professor, after the completion of her Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University.  Olivia is now working on her Ph.D. at Fuller Seminary.
