Biography

Mack Howell serves at the COO at Urology Centers of Alabama and has more than 30 years of experience in health care leadership. A native of Mobile, Alabama, Mack has held leadership positions to include the University of South Alabama, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and most recently served as the COO for a medical group in western KY.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Business Administration and Doctorate in education both from the University of Alabama. He also received a Master of Science degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN in conflict management where he also teaches part time in the graduate school of business.

Mack has been married to his wife Melissa for 24 years and has two children, Gray (23) who is a Junior at Middle Tennessee State University, and a daughter Cate (21) who is a senior at the University of Alabama.
