Biography

Deborah Hoggatt completed her undergraduate work in Michigan. She later earned her master’s degree in Human Development at Wayne State University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Oakland University. She began her career in higher education as a faculty member and director of the early childhood program at Rochester College in 1993, and later served there as Program Director and Associate Dean of the Center for Extended Learning. Hoggatt’s interest in doctoral work and educational leadership led her to Lipscomb University in 2015.
