Biography

Kelli Bratton is the Assessment Center Manager in the College of Professional Studies. She schedules, organizes, and manages all aspects of the CORE Assessment Centers. Bratton is committed to supporting adult learners and professionals seeking career growth, ensuring that students and community partners have an opportunity to demonstrate competencies and earn credit for skills they already possess. Bratton is also a Faculty Fellow, and shares her expertise by coaching students in leadership skills courses.

Bratton earned her B.S. in Social Work from Lipscomb University and her M.S. in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining Lipscomb University, Bratton created and managed social services programs at Second Harvest Food Bank and St. Luke’s Community House. Additionally, Bratton served as an adjunct instructor for the B.S.W. Adult Degree Program at Lipscomb University and has supervised undergraduate and graduate social work students from multiple Nashville universities.
