Biography
Prior to earning her doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 2014, Dr. Dillingham worked for Merrill in Nashville. Since joining the faculty full-time in 2015, she has continued her research in the areas of social influence and crisis communication. Her work has been published in academic journals including Management Communication Quarterly, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Applied Communication Research and Corporate Reputation Review, in addition to book chapters in outlets such as Handbook of Applied Communication Research and Crisis Communication. She and her husband Charlie enjoy being involved in the local community along with their three children.
