Biography
Dr. Dale L. Denny is a distinguished professional with over four decades of experience spanning accounting, law, real estate and higher education. A triple-licensed expert, he holds credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (since 1986), Licensed Attorney (since 2002) and Affiliate Real Estate Broker (since 1987).
Dr. Denny has served on the faculty of Lipscomb University for over 30 years, teaching a broad range of courses including Principles of Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Math of Finance, and both Macro and Microeconomics at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Denny has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service and corporate leadership. He has been a devoted member of Woodmont Hills Worship Ministry for 42 years, serving as a Worship Leader and Praise Team member. He has served in leadership roles across numerous organizations, including a 23-year tenure on the Board of Youth Encouragement Services, 38 years with Nashville City Civitan (serving as President, Vice President and Treasurer), and nearly three decades as a Board Member and three-term Chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors Self-Insurance Workers’ Compensation Fund. Since May 1991, he has served as Board Member, CFO, Secretary/Treasurer and General Counsel for John Bouchard & Sons Co. and Bouchard Fire Protection Inc.
