Biography

Jessica graduated from Lipscomb University in 1999 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. She began working as a programmer and Assistant Database Administrator in the Information Technology Department in January of 2000, moved to User Services in January of 2003 and began working in Infrastructure in 2008.
