Biography

Jailya Cole is the Program Coordinator for Lipscomb University’s IDEAL program. A Nashville native and proud Lipscomb alumna, she completed her graduate studies at Lipscomb before returning to serve the community she loves. Prior to her role with IDEAL, Jailya taught students with disabilities and later worked at Columbia State Community College, where she coordinated accommodations and provided support to ensure student success.

In her current role, she oversees the admissions process to create a seamless experience for prospective students, leads social media and marketing efforts to expand program awareness, organizes fundraisers and events to advance IDEAL’s mission, and fosters meaningful connections with alumni.
