Biography

Alexis Armour earned a B.A. in English Literature from Lipscomb University and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While earning her MA at UTC, she taught Rhetoric and Composition I along with Tutorials and worked in the Writing Center. In the summer of 2024, she presented her paper, “Food for Thought: The Ritual of Dining in One Man’s Initiation: 1917” at the Biennial John Dos Passos Conference in Bassano del Grappa, Italy.
