Biography

Rachel is deeply committed to uplifting and supporting students, striving to create an environment that fosters personal and academic excellence. Her passion for advising and empowering students shines through in her approach to their success. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys quality time with her family, cherishing moments with her husband, John, and celebrating the achievements of their children, Emma Grace, a student at Lipscomb University, and John Carter, who attends Harding University. They are constant sources of inspiration and motivation in her life.
