IDEAL Peer Coordinator

Biography

Liz McKell is IDEAL's Peer Mentor Coordinator. In her role, Liz serves as the connector between IDEAL students and traditional students through scheduling and training Peer Mentors and COS Leaders. She is also in charge of coordinating IDEAL chapel. Liz received her Bachelor's in Disability Studies from Lipscomb in May 2023, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Public Administration from Lipscomb as well! She loved working with IDEAL all four years of college as a Peer Mentor and COS Leader, and she is happy to be able to help facilitate just as much of a transformative experience for others.
