Alumni and Student Stories

Jen Peters MBA '19

"Don't compare yourself to everyone else, not only are you smart enough to be here, you deserve a place at the table just as much as anyone else - your contributions, the way you think, the way your process will benefit the people around you."

Emily Starnes MBA '21

"The program gives you the tools and because of the amount of effort and time you spend mastering them when you are in your job or the "real world" you automatically apply these learnings and that itself is something I feel is very unique to other programs."

Nick Tate MBA ‘22

“The Lipscomb MBA program strengthened my ability to make decisions earlier, faster, and with greater conviction - especially in times of ambiguity, with incomplete information, and unfamiliar positions.”

Scott Huitink MBA '23

"I pursued an MBA degree because I wanted to have both better business knowledge as well as improve my network of people who have some connections to the Nashville healthcare (and insurance) industry."
