Artist in Residence

Tom Bancroft has over 30 years of experience in the animation industry, most of which was for Walt Disney Feature animation where he was an animator for 12 years on such Disney classics as Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Aladdin, Pocahontas, Tarzan and Brother Bear.

Natasha Johnson

Natasha Johnson

Assistant Professor

Dr. Natasha Johnson worked as a human resource manager within the health care field prior to transitioning to academia. In the spring of 2021, she successfully defended her dissertation and earned a terminal degree (D.B.A.) from Jacksonville University. At Lipscomb, she has taught a variety of human resource management and organizational behavior courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Lee and his wife Laura have three grown sons, and love living in Nashville. Along with his role as Professor of Theology and Ethics, Lee is also the creator and host of Nashville's Tokens Show, staging live "theological variety shows" along with a podcast and public radio broadcasts.

Kirsten Dodson

Kirsten Dodson

Associate Professor

Dodson is the Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering's first faculty member to have received an undergraduate engineering degree from Lipscomb to return to teaching at the college full-time. Dodson obtained her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. With a focus in microfluidics, she developed devices that fit on a microscope slide which allow biologists to better study cells or tissue.

Steve Taylor is a filmmaker, writer, producer and recording artist who earned his “Renaissance Man” stripes (Prism Magazine) from a body of work that’s garnered him multiple Grammy, Billboard, Telly, Addy and Dove awards and nominations.
