Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results

In preparation for the strategic visioning process, an ad hoc committee for both Lipscomb University and Lipscomb Academy examined emerging trends in education to determine their implications for the Lipscomb community. The resulting documents were structured around a SOAR analysis–an examination of the strengths on which we could build, the opportunities inherent in those strengths, what we could and should aspire to accomplish, and the results those efforts might yield. The work of these committees produced the following documents framing key concepts to be addressed in the visioning process.
